Terms for cancelation

Cancelation of your booking will be free of charge if cancelation is done three weeks in advance.

Up to two weeks in advance we will have to charge 50% of the intire booking.

Please be appreciative of beeing charged 80% of the complete amount of the intire booking when canceling a week or less in advance or if just not arrive if we can't rent out the room for the time you did the booking.
